bit cold in the shed, with a small heater its still 0 degrees, so just measuring up where and how the faring will go. the exhaust is a bit lower than i'd like, see if another set
of down pipes do a better job.

Nearly done the battery box. The shed is pretty cold and damp but is still fun. The seat height is going to be a touch on 33/34 \inches....hope that Stu can touch the ground! Have to get him over to test it. Not too sure on the riding position, quite a reach forward but the forks may come up through the yokes yet so thats not set.
Other things to do. Ive got a carbon fibre skinning kit for the seat unit, neat stuff thats another job to do in the kitchen....watch out wife the bike is coming to the kitchen.! \Lots of things to do. Ive got the special tools for the swing arm nut and bottom engine mount. Once the seat subframe has all the solenoid, relays, cdi box fitted. I can strip the rest of the bike. Front frame is going to be tricky to hold the tlr fairing. The exhaust at the moment looks too tight and twisty, looks ugly so that may go. Rear shock........looking at something neat.....r=race shock with lots of adjustment, Nitron do a nicely made one, made in the uk....£500 roughly, or wp ohlins but then that goes to £1000! cant go that high. Forks im going to get cleaned, new spring set, hyperpro probably. Ive been warned to stay clear of dynojet jet kit...so not sure what to do hear. Obviously the exhaust will have to match the jetting. instruments would be a vapor unit...cheap...saw it in performance bikes mag.
Other things are....already have set of rear sprockets and fronts. have to get rear stand, tyre warmers , gazeebo thing, lots to get....somehow to pay over time!
