Ive started getting ready for the next race weekend, missing Snetterton because Im off to Devon then, but ready for Brands GP. Been a long time away from the bike, still doing the bathroom slowly.
I've already removed the stator from the generator cover, it weighed a hefty 1Kg!....removed the regulator and heat sink plate that I made. Next removing the flywheel..I said good as done a quick job...unpacked my sealey all purpose motorcycle flywheel remover tool...good for 90% of all bikes......except HONDA!...anyhow I went to a 'nut and bolt' shop in Hersham got a M20 fine pitch bolt £3.00. Screwed it in holding the flywheel so it couldn't move and it just 'popped' and fell off...Flywheel weighed 1.5 Kg!

Im going to run a total loss system, free up the engine a little and loose hopefully 2Kg.
I'm also going to make some re-set plates just to  lift the a little higher, along with maybe doing away with the bottom fairing and making a small sump pan...got to slim the width down...or maybe paint the bike in vertical stripes.
